Just a disspaointment

What appears as a great gym has shown they do not care about their members.
No flexibility or understanding because for COVID, no support to their members.
While I am no longer a member, if they had played this game right (refunds, pauses ... etc.)
I would still be now we are back in the gym.
Very disappointed - thinking back the quality of the kit and the gym was pretty shoddy as well.
Find a local privately owned gym and support people that will care about you as a customer!

Beware! You will lose your money!

Beware! Anytime Fitness Twickenham is not reimbursing anyone for the closures during covid - you will not get your membership payment reimbursed even though you have not been able to use it. All the other Gyms around Twickenham are refunding customers but this one doesn’t - so you will lose your money. If you request it, the manager blatantly refuses, basically you get a rude and abrupt email saying ‘ We are not going to refund you’ - so basically don’t bother trying. What she doesn’t realise is that this is illegal (which is why all the other gyms are refunding customers) so she will have to face the legal ramifications that are coming her way. Some I know have had to go to the bank to try to get their money back. With numerous high quality gyms in the area (with a professional manager and decent customer service) everyone I know has dropped Anytime Fitness and will never return.

Worst company out there

The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Literally any gym HAS to be better than these guys.

This place is a joke.

This place is a joke they let the local football stars come here and push people around also the gym is never cleaned it is filthy old socks shoes and under ware are laying around and no one picks them up. the contract is shady beyond believe .this place need to be shut down and the owners put in prison.

Anytime fitness harlow is a joke

Anytime fitness harlow is a joke, saying my accounts in arrears for January when they haven’t been open since December!!! Not once did they say we could freeze the account but sent an email to all it’s customers saying they would still take the direct debit for January!!! They will lose a lot of business due to their terrible customer service!!

Anytime Fitness are total sharks

Anytime Fitness are total sharks. They refuse to allow us to cancel our 16yr old son's membership after the 6 months as they claim we haven't paid a continuing membership fee. I have pointed out that my son has lost his job due to the lockdown, and they asked to see a letter of redundancy! I pointed out you don't get a letter of redundancy when you wash dishes in a pub and the country is in another national lockdown. The battle continues, but I would avoid this group at all costs.

CRAIGIEBURN ANYTIME FITNESS PlAYING WITH MY EMOTIONS AND MENTAL HEALTH! THE STAFF ARE PATHETIC ALL THEY DO IS BLUDGE AND CANT EVEN RETURN EMAILS OR CALLS AND I HAVE PROOF OF THIS. WE ASKED FOR A FKN REFUND AND SEVERAL TIMES AS WE ARE HONESTLY GOING THROUGH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES. WE ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND AS WE HAVE NOT USED THE FKN GYM AND GENUINELY THOUGHT WE HAD CANCELLED! I CALLED AND EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES UNTIL SOMEONE GOT BACK TO ME. I WAS THEN TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT CONSIDERING THE MISUNDERSTANDING THEY MAY CREDIT IT BACK. I WAITED A WHOLE FKN WEEK I HAD TO EMAIL AND CALL SEVERAL TIMES FOR SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME AGAIN. IT IS COMMEN FKN SENSE THAT IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND IS CALLING UP FOR A REFUND THEN YOU SHOULD HOLD FURTHER PAYMENTS UNTIL ITS FKN SOLVED! I MENTIONED I DID NOT WANT ANY FURTHER PAYMENTS MADE AND THAT IF SHE CANT HELP THEN I WILL CANCEL. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK, NO EMAIL, NO REFUND UNTIL I HAD TO SEND MY HUSBAND IN THATS WHEN YOU DECIDE TO FKN REPLY NOT EVEN VIA CALL BUT VIA EMAIL. IS YOUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE A JOKE, DO YOU EVEN WORK? WHY DIDNT ANYONE GET BACK TO ME INSTEAD I HAD ANOTHER $67 DEDUCTED BESIDES THE $44. I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING I SENT A FNK EMAIL AT 11:40AM TO HAVE THIS DEALT WITH INSTEAD YOU REPLY AT 8:00 AFTER I SEND MY HUSBAND IN. WHERE THE FK WERE YOU ALL DAY TO HELP BUT YOU WAITED UNTIL ANOTHER DEDUCTION WAS MADE! DO YOU THINK OUR MENTAL WELL-BEING IS A JOKE TO YOU. YOU HAVE REALLY PLAYED AND AFFECTED MY EMOTIONS DEALING WITH THIS AND YOU SHOULD BE REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THAT.
